Danielle Strough, Assistant Principal of Hal Smith ES, is excited to begin her third year as a Husky and her 21st year as an educator in Clark County. Mrs. Strough was born in South Carolina, but lived in several places due to her father being in the Air Force. At the age of 10, her father retired, remaining in Las Vegas, NV, and therefore she is a proud product of the Clark County School District. She has degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and the University of Phoenix. She is proud to be a Husky and serve the community. Mrs. Strough has been married for over 20 years and has two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, and spending time with her family.
